Terms of Use

1. The service
Play Grid Games provides free browser-based multiplayer (and some offline) games as an entertainment service “as is”. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
2. Eligibility & fair use
You agree to:
- Use the service lawfully and respectfully toward other players
- Not cheat, harass, spam room codes, or attempt to disrupt servers or other users
- Not reverse-engineer or attack infrastructure beyond normal play
- Not use automated bots that overload the service
We may throttle, kick, or block access if we detect abuse.
3. No account guarantee
Rooms and scores (especially multiplayer) are temporary. Offline solo scores stored on your device can be lost if you clear browser data. We do not guarantee permanent save data or uptime.
4. Free hosting limits
Parts of the multiplayer backend may run on free or limited hosting. The server can sleep when idle, restart, or drop in-progress matches. That is expected behavior, not a warranty of continuous service.
5. Intellectual property
The Play Grid Games name, site design, and original game implementations are protected by applicable IP laws. You may not copy the service wholesale or claim it as your own product. Game concepts inspired by classics (e.g. snake, ludo) are offered as original software implementations for entertainment.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components introduced by third-party hosting.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Grid Games and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
8. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
